Join us for a supportive and approachable workshop all about pelvic health. Dr. Jessica Golden from Golden Pelvic Therapy will guide us through key topics in postpartum healing, offering practical insight for any mom—whether you’re newly postpartum or years beyond birth.
A limited childcare option (ages 1–5) is available so you can fully relax and enjoy the workshop while your little one plays. Babies under 1 are welcome to stay with you in the session.

Optional Childcare: $20 (please arrive 10 minutes early)
